Our structural engineering services include, but are not limited to, cracked or bowed foundation, wall evaluation, defective framing evaluation (sloped floors, sagged roof, etc.), bearing wall removal, evaluation, and design, and room addition design.

Justin Eaton, President
Justin Eaton is the owner of DwellSafe and has been in the home inspection business since 2012. Justin graduated from Widener University in 2012 with a Civil Engineering degree. After college, Justin was hired by a local home inspection and structural engineering company and learned the ins and outs of the business. In 2018, Justin decided to start his own business and hasn't looked back. Justin aspires to build a team of home inspectors and structural engineers to provide the highest quality inspection and engineering services available in South Jersey. Justin is also an active real estate investor and has invested in multiple flip projects and owns multiple residential and commercial rental properties. Justin hosts local, monthly real estate investor meet-ups (South Jersey Real Estate Investor Group, @SJREIG). Justin is a die hard Eagles fan and enjoys spending his free time hanging with his family including his fiancé Ashley, their son Hawkins, their dog Rone, working out, vacationing. They also enjoy spending weekends at the Jersey Shore and boating at Lake Wallenpaupack.

Matthew Rembish, P.E.
Matt is the professional engineer on staff at DwellSafe. Matt is a dedicated, effective and efficient professional with a Bachelors degree in
Civil Engineering and experience working in residential, commercial and industrial construction. Recognized for his ability to learn new skills across different industries and environments. Proven experience with soil mechanics, shallow and deep foundations, structural inspections, site plans, retaining walls and project bids. Matt has demonstrated success in collaborating with other engineers, contractors, architects, and manufacturers to ensure efficient and productive engineering solutions under budget. He had worked under two of the Jersey Shore's most prominent consulting engineering companies before pursuing his own ventures in early 2018. When he's not designing, Matt enjoys spending his time investing in real estate as well as playing guitar in multiple local bands and surfing when the conditions are just right.

Marc Pinto, Home Inspector
Marc attended Rutgers and Drexel University to study Biology and Nursing. After his time in college he pursued his passion for real estate. For the last decade Marc has invested in residential real estate and worked for a local builder/investor flipping homes and managing rental properties. Marc has been remodeling and maintaining residential properties for over 12 years, until he decided on a career change and obtained his home inspectors license. He recently got married to his incredible wife and has beautiful twin girls. Marc is a huge Philadelphia sports fan. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and investing.

Jonathan McCleary, Home Inspector
Jon graduated from Burlington County Institute of Technology building trades program. After high school he worked for a historical window and door restoration company working on buildings such as Saint Patrick's Cathedral in New York City and Theodore Roosevelts in Oyster Bay New York, among many others. In 2010 he started a general contracting company doing small commercial and residential construction. In 2018 he began his home inspection journey working under a P.E. & home inspector to obtain his New Jersey home inspection license. In his free time he enjoys camping with his wife, playing with his niece & nephew, watching Philly sports, and fishing.

Megan Bowne, Office Manager
Megan graduated Rowan University in 2012 with a degree in Psychology. Since 2013, she has worked as an office admin for home inspection and engineering companies. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Bill, and together they have three adorable children. In her time outside of the office she enjoys making memories with her family, watching her kids play sports and weekends at the Jersey shore.
